Refund & Exchange Policy

At Namrata Weaves, every product is handcrafted with love, care, and thoughtful attention to detail. Our creations are made-to-order or finished by hand, making each piece unique and personal. Because of the nature of our work, we follow a transparent and fair No Refund / Limited Exchange policy.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

General Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed.
  • We do not accept returns on items that are:
    • Customised or personalised
    • Made-to-order or tailored
    • Purchased during promotional sales or discounts

We request you to review product details, sizes, colours, and descriptions carefully before confirming your purchase. We’re always here to answer questions before you buy.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in the rare case of:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product received (wrong size or style)

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at namrataweaves@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and a clear photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Our team will assess the issue and respond within 2–3 working days with further steps.
  3. If approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to our address within 7 working days.
  4. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will issue a refund or send a replacement piece, as per your preference.

5.     COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the mistake was on our end.
  • We do not offer reverse pickups at this time.

Colour & Fabric Variation

Please note:

  • Slight colour variations may occur due to digital photography and lighting.
  • Minor weaving irregularities, thread pulls, or dye marks are common in handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects. These are signs of authenticity and artisanal value.

We encourage you to embrace the small imperfections as part of the story behind each piece.

Size-Related Queries

As most of our garments are custom-sized or made-to-measure, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues. However, we are happy to assist you with sizing guidance before you place an order. Please reach out—we’re always here to help.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 12 hours as we begin processing and preparing them for crafting or dispatch. Customised orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

 

International Orders

We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders. All sales outside India are final. Please double-check measurements, address, and preferences before placing your order.
