Shipping within India

International Shipping

Shipping Partners

Delivery Issues
If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it:
· Please check with security guards, neighbours, or building reception.
· Contact us within 48 hours at namrataweaves@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number.
· We will assist with tracking and resolving the issue, but we are not liable for orders confirmed as delivered by the courier.
Address & Contact Details
· Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
· In case of an incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability at the delivery location, the courier may attempt delivery twice before returning the order to us.
· Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
